We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but since we have a physical storefront in Clinton, NY, occasionally you may order an item that is out of stock. We will notify you if this occurs prior to shipping your order so that you can decide what action you want to take.

Shipping & Handling
Orders for in-stock items will generally ship within 48 hours. Once an order is shipped you will receive e-mail notification. Our primary carrier is USPS via Priority Mail. Some orders will be sent via UPS or FedEx if Express shipping is requested. Orders outside the contiguous 48 states will incur special shipping charges. Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery guarantees that in-stock orders will arrive by the end of the next business day if the order is placed before noon Eastern time. Please add $25 per order.
2-Day Express
The 2-day service guarantees that in-stock orders will arrive in 2 business days if the order is placed before noon Eastern time. Please add $15 per order.
Returns
Any unused item purchased from Krizia Martin with original tags still attached may be returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund on the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Sale items are returnable within 14 calendar days for store credit only. Please e-mail us at customerservice@kriziamartin.com prior to sending your return for a return authroization number. (Store credit must be redeemed within 60 days.) When returning merchandise we strongly suggest that you insure your package, as we will not be responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit. If your order received free shipping but the total order amount is below the free shipping minimum, after the return, the full shipping charge for sending the original item will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a complete order that received free shipping you will receive a refund of the merchandise total, less our actual shipping costs.
Exchanges may be made within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the original order, if we have the desired item(s) in stock. You should place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account. We offer free U.S. ground shipping on size-only exchanges of the same item. Shipping costs will be charged upon shipping the exchange, but will be refunded when we receive your return.
Should you wish to return a gift that you received you may do so within 14 calendar days of receiving the order for an exchange or full refund to the original purchaser.
Claims regarding damages must be made within five days of receiving the item.
